SAAF Chemical Filters

AAF’s innovative alternative to chemical filters.

Designed to control airborne molecular contaminations (AMCs)that can negatively affect semiconductor manufacturing processand lower pressure drop, long life and high removal efficiency.Includes chemical filter media. (adsorbents, sheets for pleating, and cells)

Key features and benefits include:

● Lower pressure drop decreases energy usage● Light weight enable easy handling and installation● Media can be shaped into multiple forms
