2002 dielectric properties, magnetic properties dielectric properties, magnetic properties D 9000 09 - 011 Strontium/Titanium Cosubstituted Ba 4 Sm 2 Ti 4 Ta 6 O 30 Dielectric Ceramics. The temperature coefficient of the dielectric constant is suppressed significantly by simultaneous substitution of Sr for Ba and Ti for Ta in the title ceramics, while the dielectric constant remains above 110. The minimum temperature coefficient of dielectric constant is obtained for Ba 2 Sr 2 Sm 2 Ti 4+x Ta 6-x O 30-x/2 with x = 3.0. Substitution of Sr for Ba also markedly reduces the dielectric loss.
