Recognizing Solution Saturation
• Unsaturated – If more solute is added, it will dissolve
• Saturated – There is already undissolved solute
– If more solute is added, it won’t dissolve and will fall to the bottom
• Supersaturated – If more solute is added, crystals will form and fall
