I am currently responsible for supervising two Retail Lobby locations in Kerrville and Fredericksburg. During my employment I have also managed six Retail Lobby locations in South Central Texas. These lobbies consist of the following locations; Kerrville, San Marcos, Fredericksburg, South Austin, Gonzales, and Cuero and Universal City. At any given time I have had a total of 30 front line employees and 2 supervisors that reported to me. My responsibilities include direct coaching my employees when needed to ensure we provide the best possible service to our customers. I am responsible for reporting department statistics for sales and quality control. Throughout my 14+ years with Time Warner I have had the experience of many different responsibilities such as creating processes and procedures, managing the CSG Billing system by updating and creating billing codes, etc. I have also assisted in many aspects of the marketing department. This has included scheduling print ads with local newspaper, working directly with the radio stations regarding audio spots and also training reps on ongoing marketing offers. I have also managed and set up many outside promotional events such as the Home & Garden shows and volunteer events such as the American Cancer Society Relay for Life. I have managed local collections and phone volume. I have assisted Finance in working our Outlook forecast for budgets. As well, I am responsible for my departments spending so tracking of expenses is daily to ensure I am in-line with budget. I am also responsible for training the staff on sales, retention and customer service. Under the Manpower/IBM management services contract, I have provided support to seven IBM managers and their respective staffs, and provided high level backup support to IBM Executives. I have also provided support to a World Wide organization, including limited support to numerous international IBM Managers and Executives. During this time, my responsibilities consisted of high volume telephone coverage, word processing, extensive travel arrangements (domestic and international), coordinating several large meetings, maintaining high calendar integrity for the managers, and quick problem solving due to the diversity and fast pace of the organizations I have supported.

I have worked closely with IBM Purchasing Department setting up purchase orders for technical contractors and responsible for auditing all charges billed against these orders, validating that IBMs Business Guidelines were met. This also included the responsibility of creating and maintaining processes for daily IBM business needs.
