GII THIU TINgy nay, cng ngh vt liu c nhng bc pht trin cao.Trong , hp cht polymer ngy cng c s dng rng ri trong cng nghip v i sng. Nh nhng u im ca mnh m polymer thay th rt nhiu vt dng trong cuc sng cng nh p ng c yu cu k thut trong cng nghip.V bn cnh vic la chn bn in c nh hng trc tip v c vai tr ht sc quan trng trong bt k mt h thng my in no. CHNG 1: GII THIU CHUNG

1.1. i nt v vt liu polymerPolyme l cc hp cht c khi lng phn t ln v trong cu trc ca chng c s lp i lp li nhiu ln nhng n v monome (cn gi l cc mt xch). Sau khi thit lp c cc nguyn tc hnh thnh polymer, ha hc polymer pht trin rt nhanh, chuyn t bin tnh polymer sang tng hp polymer t nhng sn phm ch bin du m than v kh thin nhin ng thi vi s tm ra nhng polyme mi, cc phng php tng hp mi cng c ci tin rt nhiu nh phng php ngng t cn bng, cao su lu ha, trng hp quang ha, trng hp gc, trung hp anion, trng hp ghp, trng ngng gia cc pha, ng trng hp kp Thnh cng ca polyme l trng hp polyme trng thi rn c tnh bn nhit cao,c tnh dn in, l c s hnh thnh nn cng nghip sn xut polyme bn nhit cao. 1.2. Polymer cm quangPolymer cm quang l nhng loi polymer nhy cm vi cc ngun nh sng. Ngun quang hc ng rn bc x c th l tia cc tm (UV), nh sng, laser c quan tm nghin cu trong nhng nm 1990. Nhng k thut ny da trn nhng phn ng ha hc i hi s kch hot ca cc vng nh sng UV, kh kin, IR, hay proton. Qu trnh ng rn cng xy ra bng cc chui ht electron, tia X, tia , plasma, sng siu m. Photoresist L mt dng c bit ca polymer cm quang, chng c ngdng rng ri trong lnh vc quang khc, c kh nng to hnh nh ni (relief) trn sn phm v gip chng li qu trnh khc n mn trn b mt sn phm. Polymer cm quang ni chung v photoresist ni ring gm c 2 loi: loi to nh DNG v loi to nh M.

Loi to nh DNG l h gm cc polymer c trng lng phn t ln, di tc dng ca cc bc x s chuyn sang cc polymer hoc cc monomer c trng lng phn t thp hn, c kh nng ho tan tt hn trong dung mi thch hp. Hay polymer ban u (c cha cc nhm chc nhy quang) l loi kh ho tan, di tc dng ca bc x s hiu chnh nhm chc tan d hn. Loi to nh M l cc h m ban u gm l h d ho tan, sau chuyn sang dng kh ho tan do thc hin cc phn ng quang polyme ho to mng ngang hay c hiu chnh nhm chc.

1.3. ng dngPolymer cm quang c s dng ch yu trong lnh vc sn, mng ph, vecni trn cc nn g, kim loi, nha,.. Ngoi ra cn c s dng rt nhiu trong ngnh cng nghip hnh nh, cng ngh in n, in t. Ngha l: + Ch b chiu sng s b ra tri khi hin bn. + Ch khng b chiu sng khng b ra tri khi hin bn (y l tnh cht vn c ca MCQ c tnh cht Dng bn). ha tan gim -> MCQ c tnh cht m bn. Ngha l: + Ch b chiu sng s b c cng v khng b ra tri khi hin bn. + Ch khng b chiu sng b ra tri khi hin bn (y l tnh cht vn c ca MCQ c tnh cht m bn). 1.3.2. Yu cu chung i vi mng cm quang: 1.3.2.1. Kh nng to mng mng, nhy sng trn lp kim loi lm bn (hoc lp trung gian) To mng mng (thng khong 1 n 2 micromet) cho thi gian phi ngn. iu ny ng cho hu ht cng ngh ch to khun in, tr khun in Flexo (tham kho thm trong phn ch to khun in Flexo). Phi nhy sng v y l c tnh tin quyt ca MCQ.

1.3.2.2. C bm dnh tt vi lp Nu khng bm dnh tt, MCQ c th b bong trc dn n mt kh nng sao chp. i vi bn in Offset mt lp, sau khi hin bn, MCQ s c gi li lm phn t in v tham gia trc tip vo qu trnh in nn bm dnh ca MCQ trn bn s quyt nh bn ca bn. i vi bn in Flexo, th MCQ ng vai tr va l phn t in va l phn t khng in. i vi bn in Typ, ng ng, MCQ ch gi vai tr trung gian nhng vn cn phi bm dnh tt trong qu trnh n mn kim loi, di tc ng ca axt. 1.3.2.3. C phn gii cao MCQ c phn gii cao gip cho bn in c kh nng ti to y cc chi tit nh nht c th c trn phim. phn gii ca MCQ ph thuc vo bn thn tnh cht ca MCQ, tnh cht bm dnh ca MCQ trn (nu c), dy v s tip xc ng u ca MCQ. 1.3.2.4. V l MCQ m bn nn tnh cht c hu ca MCQ trn c s mui bicromat l d b ra tri, ch ch no b chiu sng th khi polymer gc nc s ng vai tr cht kh trong phn ng quang ho gip lm c cng MCQ.

CHNG 2: C IM CA CC LOI KHUN IN

2.1. c im chungTrong bt c mt phng php in no, khun in l yu t trung tm, n quyt nh ti dng my in, qu trnh in v cht lng sn phm in. Khun in l yu t quan trng phn bit cc phng php in, do ngi ta thng phn loi cc phng php in theo c im ca loi khun in. Cc phng php in pht trin thay th ln nhau nhng v nguyn l in th gn nh khng thay i nhiu, m ch thay i nguyn l ch to khun in, khun in l yu t thay i nhiu nht. Khun in hay cn gi l bn in (printing plate) l mt bn mang cc hnh nh, ch cn in khi lp ln my in, s in ra c cc t in ging nhau. Nh vy mt khun in ra cc t in c cc hnh nh, th khun in phi c hai phn ring bit l phn t nhn mc cn gi l phn t in (printing area) v phn t khng nhn mc (nonprinting area). Hai phn t trn khun in phi khc nhau khi truyn mc ln khun in, phn t in bt mc cn phn t khng in th khng bt mc. Chnh s khc nhau gia 2 phn t ny s quyt nh cc loi khun in khc nhau nh: nu phn t in cao, phn t khng in thp ngi ta gi l phng php in cao; phn t in thp, phn t khng in cao ngi ta gi l phng php in lm; phn t in v khng in cng nm trn mt phng ngi ta gi l phng php in phng; phn t in v khng in khc nhau v in tch b mt ngi ta gi l phng php in tnh in. xem xt mt khun in ngui ta cn c vo: c im ca phn t in v phn t khng in, vt liu lm khun v hnh nh trn khun l cng chiu hay ngc chiu vi t in. Mi phng php in c mt loi khun in ph hp vi n, ng thi trong cng mt phng php in ngi ta c th dng nhiu loi khun in c c im ging nhau nhng c sn xut bng cc vt liu khc nhau.

2.2. Phn loi bn in flexoBn in flexo chia lm 2 loi chnh: cao su v bn photopolymer. Cng ngh lu i nht l bn cao su khc th cng v sau l bn cao su c. Bn photopolymer dng lng v dng t ri l bc tin ch yu trong cng nghip v l cng ngh vt tri c s dng hin nay.

2.2.1. Bn cao su th cng Bn cao su khc th cng c rt lu trc khi bn cao su c v bn photopolymer ra i. Bn cao su khc th cng ngy nay s dng hn ch cho in mu nt kh rt ln v in trng ph. Nguyn liu ca chng l nhng tm cao su t nhin hoc nhn to c x l, thng c cng thp v dng cun th ngang 4(tng ng 1,219m) di 10 (3,048m). Khng s dng phim negative trong ch to bn in, m ton b kh bn in ca tng mu c can v c hc. Bn can v s c truyn ln b mt bn cao su bng dung dch dch chuyn. Khi , cc nt v bng bt ch s c truyn ln b mt bn cao su. b tr s ko di ra ca bn, kch thc bn in phi tng ng vi kch thc mt cong ca l gn cao su v nt can v s c truyn ln mt cong . Sau khi b mt bn cao su c can v, th khc s ct nhng nt, hnh nh c can v vi su xc ng, cng nh g v gc xin thch hp. Bn hon chnh s c g ln my in. Trong mt s trng hp, bn cao su khc th cng l phng php ch to bn in flexo nhanh nht, kinh t nht. Sau y l nhng u v nhc im ca bn cao su khc th cng 2.2.1.1. u im Bn c th in kh rt ln Bn khng bt buc phi khc kim loi hay photopolymer. Bn c c s dng ngay sau khi khc 2.2.1.2. khc nhau v c kh nng tch tht tt nhng lai mc ln trn b mt nhiu loi vt liu in khc nhau. Qui trnh lm bn in cao su c:

2.2.3. Bn Photpolymer Bn photopolymer l mt trong nhng i mi ch yu ca cng ngh in flexo hin i. Hnh nh c truyn t phim m bn trc tip ln b mt khun in mt cch trung thc tuyt ho. Photopolymer nhy sng vi tia cc tm, c s dng lm khun in flexo, letterpress v offset cng nh phim in th. Bn in Flexo photopolymer cng tng t nh bn in cao su c l c hai u mm do, n hi v truyn mc tuyt ho. Hin nay c nhiu h thng my ch to bn in flexo photopolymer. Bn in photopolymer c chia lm hai loi: bn photopolymer dng lng v bn photopolymer dng rn. Cu to bn in photopolymer lng: l polyester v polymer lng s c vo khun to thnh bn in hon chnh. Cu to bn in photopolymer dng rn: gm cc lp sau (hnh v theo chiu t trn xung): tm ph trn cng trong sut c th tch c, lp phim mng bo v, lp photopolymer v cui cng l lp polyester trong sut

2.3. So Snh 2 loi bn photopolymer dng lng v dng rnBn photopolymer dng rn c bn trn th trng dng tm trong hp cc tng c kch thc, dy v s lng theo tiu chun cho trc. Bn ny c cc cng ty sn xut hng lot v c hn s dng nhiu thng. Bn photopolymer dng lng c cc cng ty lm bn in t sn xut t cc photopolymer lng vi chiu dy ca my in flexo, thng in nt cho carton. Bn photopolymer dng lng thng c phi sng ngay sau khi c nh hnh dng tm. H thng lm bn photopolymer dng lng s dng cht ty ra (x bng...) v nc trong qu trnh lm bn, cn photopolymer dng rn th s dng dung mi hu c. Vi h thng lm bn photopolymer dng tm ra bng nc s dng mt dung dch a-xt hay kim yu, ty thuc vo lai nguyn liu. Thi gian sy ca bn ra nc vo khong t 5 n 10 pht v ch cn lm bay hi nc ra khi b mt bn in. Trong khi bn ra bng dung mi hu c cn thm thi gian cho ton b dung mi thm vo trong bn trong qu trnh ra bay hi ra ngoi. Do , thi gian sy thng lu hn (vo khong 120 pht). Chiu dy ca bn dng rn a dng t mng (1,14 mm) n dy nhiu mm. Cn bn lng ch yu c dy vi mm. Nhn chung, bn dng rn c cht lng tt v n nh hn, c th s dng cho in tng th. Bn dng lng ch yu cho in nt. Mt s u im khi s dng photopolymer lng: Gi thnh h (tit kim vt t). Chiu dy khun in c th thay i ty thuc vo tnh cht b mt vt liu in. Phim s dng c th l loi phim thng thng m cht lng ti to bi mu vn m bo.

Mt s nhc im khi s dng photopolymer lng: Thit b phi bn phc tp hn Qui trnh lm khun in phc tp hn (kh kim sot cht lng bn hn)(phi nh hnh bn thnh tm trc khi phi)

Chp x l sau cng vi nh sng UVC Ngoi ra, bn photopolymer c lai c kim loi thng dng cho in letterpress. Bn photopolymer dng ghi bn k thut s bng laser. Cu to bn ny cng nh bn photopolymer thng thng, ch thay lp phim mng bo v bng lp ph nhy nhit mu en sm (c en ln hn 4.0). Lp ny s tc dng vi nh sng laser hng ngoi to ra mt mask en-trong sut thay cho phim m bn. Sau tin hnh lm bn nh thng thng. V d: bn Nyloprint D ca BASF, bn DFS ca Cyrel Dupont.

Bn ny thng c hai loi l loi bn khc c hc gm c khc th cng hoc khc in t v loi bn p gia nhit. Bn cao su trc kia dng rt ph bin ngy nay t c dng, ch cn dng trong mt s trng hp hnh nh in n gin. Loi bn cao su c cc dy thay i tu theo yu cu, bn cao su thng c d t 0,5 n 0,7cm. Khi ch to khun in Flexo dng nh phng php khc th cng ngi ta dng mt tm cao su dng lm bn c dy theo yu cu v cng t 40 - 60 shore. Sau dng dao khc khc su cc phn t khng in ta s c khun in. Phng php ny i hi ngi khc phi c kh nng nht nh. Phng php p ra nhit l ngi ta p mt tm cao su trn mt khun p vi nhit cao to thnh mt khun in.

3.2. Mng nhy sng trong ch to khun in3.2.1. Mng nhy sng trn c s mui crm Mng nhy sng l yu t rt quan trng trong cng ngh ch to khun in, n l c s truyn hnh nh ln b mt cc vt liu lm khun. Hu ht cc phng php ch to khun in dng phng php ho hc u phi dng loi mng nhy sng. Mng nhy sng c th l mng trung gian trong qu trnh ch to khun in cng c th l phn t in trn khun. Trong cc loi mng nhy sng th mng nhy sng trn c s mui crm l loi mng c s dng sm v nhiu trong hu ht cc qu trnh ch bn dng phng php ho hc khi ch to khun in offset, ng ng, in li... Khi trng ln b mt vt liu n c kh nng dn tri v bm chc trn b mt vt liu. Khi sy kh, mng ny d dng tan trong nc nhng khi chiu nh sng c bc sng thch hp ln mng, mng mt kh nng tan trong nc. Chnh hai c im ny m mng nhy sng trn c s mui crm c dng nhiu trong cng ngh ch to bn in. Mng keo nhy sng thng gm nhiu hp cht kt hp vi nhau, trong quan trng nht l thnh phn to mng v thnh phn nhy sng. Mng nhy sng trn c s mui crm, da trn hp cht nhy sng l mui crm crm c ho tr +6 (Cr+6). Trong mng nhy sng trn c s mui crm gm hai thnh phn chnh l cht to mng v cht nhy sng. Cht to mng ngi ta thng dng l mt s cht hu c c ngun gc thc vt nh gm arabic hoc ngun gc ng vt nh keo gelatin hoc cht keo tng hp. Hin nay mng keo ngi ta thng s dng l keo tng hp Polyvynyl Ancohl (P.V.A), y l hp cht cao phn t c cu trc (- CH2 CHOH CH2 - )n, P.V.A c cu trc dng si kt ni vi nhau. Cht ny c dng ht trng, xp, tan trong nc 80C thnh mt dung dch trong sut khng mu c nht cao. Hp cht cao phn t P.V.A c iu ch bng con ng chuyn ho polyme tng t vi n nh polyme axetat c a vo thu phn nhit 6570C trong mi trng kim v ru

. Thnh phn th hai l cht nhy sng, cht thng dng l Dicomatamn (NH4)2Cr2O7 hoc Dicromatkali K2Cr2O7. Nhng cht ny c dng ht xp mu vng cam, tan trong nc nhit thng thnh dung dch mu vng cam, trong hp cht ny crm c ho tr +6, l rt d b oxi ho thnh crm c ho tr +3 khi c tc dng ca nh sng. Hai hp cht trn u mang tnh cht nhy sng nhng ca Amondicromat mnh gp 7 ln ca Kalidicromat nn trong thc t ngi ta ch yu dng cht nhy sng l Amndicromat. Hp cht ny d b nh sng tc dng bin thnh cht khc nn phi trong bng ti. pH ca dung dch nhy sng cng nh hng ti kh nng nhy sng ca mng, vi mng keo dng P.V.A pH phi ln hn 5, khi pH ca dung dch nhy sng tng ln th nhy sng ca dung dch gim nhng vic bo qun li tt hn. th chng ch c th nhy sng sau vi gi do hin tng phn hu phi nh nh sng. Tnh cht quan trng nht ca mng nhy sng l tnh cm quang, di tc dng ca nh sng Cr+6 bin thnh Cr+3, cc Cr+3 to thnh s lm mt kh nng tan trong nc ca mng keo. Tnh cht nhy sng ca mng keo ph thuc vo bn cht loi keo to mng c s dng, loi cht nhy sng pha dung dch v nng ca chng. Khi tng nng mui crm th kh nng nhy sng tng, tuy nhin nng ny ch trong mt gii hn nht nh, mi mt n v cht to mng ch c mt lng cht nhy sng nht nh, t l ny thng dao ng trong khong 1/10. Nu lng cht nhy sng khng s khng ng rn c ton b mng keo nhy sng trn bn, nu lng ny vt qu gii hn s tc ng xu ti mng keo nh: cht nhy sng s kt tinh trn b mt mng keo kh, h s tng phn gim, d to thnh mt ph trn bn, tng kh nng ng rn ca bn trong ti, lm mng keo ng rn khng khng n nh, thm ch lm gim kh nng ng rn ca mng keo. 3.2.2. Mng nhy sng trn c s hp cht Diazo 3.2.2.1. Hp cht Diazo Hp cht Diazo l mt hp cht hu c, n gm nhiu loi khc nhau v c s dng trong nhiu lnh vc khc nhau. Trong , loi s dng trong cng ngh ch to khun in Offset l loi hp cht hu c trong phn t c 2 nguyn t Nit kt hp trc tip vi nhau dng mch thng chng c nhm chc (-N=N-). Diazo c cu to l hp cht Ion(-N+ N) lin kt Diazo l mt nhm 2 nguyn t Nit kt hp vi gc Cacbonhydro. Thng thng gc ny l vng nhn thm nh C6H5 v dn xut hoc C10H7 thng th ho tr th 2 ca nhm Nit kt hp vi mt ion m no nh Cl-, NO3- , nhng loi ny thng tan trong nc. Ngoi kiu cu trc trn cn c nhng lin kt m cu trc gia cc nguyn t Nit khc nh N=N hoc =N=N, lc ta thy thnh phn Diazo khng c ion m v c, nhm Diazo y lin kt vi vng nhn thm. v d lin kt Octho v paraquinomdiazit.

Phn ng quan trng nht ca hp cht Diazo c dng trong cng ngh ch bn l phn ng quang ho, lin kt Diazo loi vng thm khng bn vng v b nh sng phn hu cc mc khc nhau, ngi ta gi l tnh cm quang ca lin kt Diazo. a s nhng lin kt Diazo u b phn hu nh sng c bc sng t 360400 nm tu thuc vo cu trc ca lin kt Diazo v iu kin chiu sng m xy ra nhng phn ng khc nhau. Vic to thnh lp nhy sng da trn c s hp cht oct-quinondiazit bao gm vic la chn cht nhy sng, cht to mng bo m cho lp nhy sng c nhy cao, kh nng phn gii cao, chnh xc hnh hc ca vic phc ch (nht l cc nt nh, im Tram), dy ca mng, kh nng bm dnh tt vi lp , bn c hc v ho hc cao. p ng tt nht cc yu cu k trn l nha phenol formandehid, nha ny c cu trc phng, l loi nha do, ho tan tt trong nhiu dung mi v c tnh cht to mng cao. Vic th nghim nha novolac vi oct-quinondiazit ch ra rng vic a nha vo lp nhy sng lm tng tnh to mng ca dung dch, ng u ca mng, tnh chu axit tt. Tuy nhin do tnh ho tan ca nha novolac trong cc dung dch kim, lp nhy sng tr nn rt nhy vi tc dng ca cht hin v gi tr pH ca dung dch hin. Mt trong nhng cch nng cao bn vng ho hc l thm cc cht ph lm tng bm dnh v tnh k nc ca mng.

i ca oct-quinondiazit l 400nm. Tuy nhin n h quang mc hng lot cc nhc im: cng sng khng cao, dao ng nhit mu, lm bn mi trng, khng thun li khi s dng nn ngi ta khng dng na. Ngy nay ngi ta dng n Halogen kim loi (MHL). Bo qun bn in ph mng keo nhy sng Diazo Thi hn bo qun cc mng nhy sng l Diazo thng trn 2 nm trong cc iu kin chun (ch mt tri khng chiu trc tip, khng c bc x cc tm, kh ro, m tng i 50%, nhit 18- 20C). Khi bo qun khng ng tiu chun xy ra cc s ph hu mng nhy sng dn n cc khuyt tt khi ch bn nhiu khi ph hu hon ton l bn . Thut ng lo ho bn in c hiu l t hp cc bin i vt l v ho hc xy ra trn bn trng sn dn n vic mt mt cc tnh cht lm vic cn c mt bn in trng sn.

3.3. Cng ngh ch to khun in flexo bng phng php p ra nhitPhng php p ra nhit gm hai giai on chnh: giai on ch to khun c v giai on p to bn cao su. Phng php ny c th ch c nhiu bn in ging nhau trn c s mt khun c. Cc loi bn u c lm t mt tm cao su sng, khi p vi nhit nht nh s to thnh bn cao su vi cng ph hp vi in flexo. Trc khi ch to khun in flexo ngi ta phi chp nh bn mu ly phim, sp ch ni dung, in thnh phim m bn. Sau bnh ghp cc hnh nh, ch theo tng khun in c th, to thnh t mu phi m bn dng ch bn in Flexo. 3.3.1. Ch to khun p Vt liu lm khun p bn thng l hn hp ca ba thnh phn chnh l: nha pleno focmandehit, xenlulo v cc si khong cn thnh tm gi l bn nha plenolic. Qu trnh polyme ho dn ti lin kt cc polyme theo ni i v nhm c kh nng phn ng. Khi b tia UV chiu ti, photopolyme s tham gia phn ng quang ho to li v c cng li. Qu trnh tng hp ny quyt nh cht lng ca bn in photopolyme, n ph thuc vo cc yu t: bn cht ca polyme, cng sut n chiu, bc sng nh sng chiu, thi gian chiu v khong cch n chiu. c im chung ca nhng hp cht nhy sng photopolyme: chng va l nn c s ca khun in va l phn t in i vi khun in Flexo; vi khun in offset n l phn t in c bm trn b mt lp kim loi lm . Trong qu trnh ch khun in ngi ta dng nhiu cc vt liu photopolyme c mt s tnh cht khc nhau nh: c th tan trong nc, hoc tan trong mt s dung mi hu c. Khi trong cng ngh ch to khun in ngi ta s dng cc dung dch hin bn tng ng. Tt c chng u c cc tnh cht l: khi b nh sng chiu ti vi thi gian ln th chng s tham gia phn ng quang ho v kt qu ca phn ng quang ho l lp photopolyme ng cng li v mt kh nng tan trong nc hoc dung mi hu c nh hp cht photoplyme ban u cha b nh sng tc dng. Lp bo v c tc dng bo v lp photopolyme chng bi, xy xt b mt trong qu trnh bo qun v s dng. Lp lin kt lm nhim v tng bm dnh ca lp photopolyme vi lp sau khi chiu sng. KT LUN

Hin nay nhu cu trang tr v qung co kh ph bin, do vic nghin cu tm ra loi mc mi a vo sn xut l rt ph hp vi th trng. Tuy nhin pht trin v lu di th cn tin hnh cc th nghim vi cc loi bn in khc nhau d tm ra ngun nguyn liu r, nhng vn t cht lng ph hp vi yu cu mi ngi u c th dng nhng sn phm c cht lng. Ngy nay mc in v ngnh in n gp mt phn ht sc quan trng v a dng trong cuc sng, do nhng tnh nng ht sc u vit ca chng. Bn cnh chng cng mang li nhng h ly ht sc nang gii.
