Up to three months Once you have confirmed your booking we will send:
• A Temporary Licence Agreement, stating our basic terms & conditions which we shall require you to sign and fax back to us.
• A rent request detailing the amount due for the apartment. Full rental payment is required to be paid 10 days prior to arrival in order to guarantee the booking. We recommend payment by BACS, although you can pay by credit card.
• A Credit Card Authorisation Form will need to be completed. All bookings are subject to a £500 deposit as a guarantee against any dilapidations in the apartments and any incidental charges.
