CHICKEN SHOULDER SKINNER Models: CSS-1
The CSS-2 Chicken Shoulder Skinner utilizes one of Prime Equipment’s patented bladeless skinning assemblies in a compact machine that can be mounted to the floor or ceiling, making it the ideal solution for in-line shoulder skinning when space is limited (i.e. cut-up lines before the halver). Designed to remove skin and crop fat, the CSS-2 will not damage broken wings and does not emulsify the removed skin. The machine also features a positive-feed indexer to keep birds upright and spaced to avoid dragging as with peeler-roller machines.
