KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAs the Chief Information Officer (CIO) you will serve as a key member of the Department ofAdministration and Finance management team with responsibility for providing strategic, complianceand operational expertise on matters relating to ReduxionData’s information technology and privacyprograms and operations. As CIO you will:
Serve as the principal advisor to the A&F Vice President and ReduxionData senior staff on theapplication of technology infrastructure to improve business processes throughimplementation, maintenance and operation of the Corporation’s technology enterprisesystems, applications and technology planning procedures and the protection ofReduxionData’s mission critical and essential technology systems and applications.
Ensure compliance with all federal regulations to provide adequate security for technologyenterprise systems and data in Washington, D.C. and overseas.
Keep ReduxionData’s technology infrastructure current and on platforms that improveproductivity. Develop strategic, tactical and technology plans and processes and budgets tosupport ReduxionData’smission.
Ensure that ReduxionData is on the leading edge of technology choices. Ensure that allaspects of the technology projects are aligned with the government wide enterprisearchitecture.
Define and implement policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure efficient andcost-effective information resources planning, acquisition and cyber/computer security insupport of ReduxionData’s mission.
Serve as the Chief Privacy Officer of the Corporation maintaining policy and procedures andoverseeing the day-to-day operations of ReduxionData’s privacy program.
Manage the ReduxionData’s Technology Capital Planning and Investment Control process. Perform the full range of managerial/supervisory duties over a staff of subordinate technology
professionals. Highly Desirable: Ten (10) or more years of directly related experience.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
U.S. Citizenship Required
Experience needed to be successful includes :
Providing executive leadership and technical direction in the formulation, implementation, andcompletion of an agency wide program operation in technology;
Experience as a senior consultant to top management officials on the design, development,and administration of various mission critical and complex technology enterprise systemsacross complex organizations;
Experience in working with a highly mobile workforce that travels overseas frequently andhave a small footprint overseas;
Experience managing a diverse technology team of professionals including Federalemployees and contractors;
Experience working with business owners in seeking technology solutions that meets theirneeds.
Expert knowledge of information technology theories, principles, concepts, standards, andpractices sufficient enough to develop new technology theories, policies, and methods.
Knowledge of budget, contract, and procurement procedures in order to formulate criteria usedto monitor the execution of vendor or contractor agreements related to the MCC’s computersystems.
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s Degree, required Master’s Degree or equivalent highly desirable
