• HAVE TO FOLLOW USDA NUTRITION GUIDELINES • MENUS HAVE TO BE ANALYZED FOR CALORIES, SATURATED
FAT, TRANS FAT, AND SODIUM• CURRENTLY USING PRODUCTS THAT CONTAIN CLEANER
LABELS• CAN ONLY USE LOW FAT OR FAT-FREE MILK• SERVING SIZE OR PORTION SIZE REQUIREMENTS
