Willows Activity Farm Membership Terms and Conditions of useTo be retained by customer

1 By taking out a Willows Activity Farm Membership you accept these terms and conditions of use.2 Term Time Weekday Memberships are valid Monday to Friday during Hertfordshire term times as shown on Willows Activity Farm website. Anytime Memberships are valid Monday - Sunday and during our school holiday events. A top up fee can be paid by Term Time Weekday Members to visit at weekends and school holidays.3 If you are paying for your Membership by monthly Direct Debit you are committing to make a minimum of 12 monthly consecutive payments. Payments will continue to be taken until you cancel your Direct Debit with your Bank or Building Society. Your first month’s payment is due at the time of application.4 Each Member will be issued his or her own Membership Card in their own name.5 A Membership Card is only valid when used and/or presented by the named Member as stated on the card. Misuse will result in the Membership being withdrawn.6 A photograph will be taken when you first use your Membership Cards and held on our system for authorisation on entry. Please note the photo will only be used for the purpose of verification.7 Photocopies of Membership Cards will not be accepted.8 Failure to present a valid Membership Card will result in a charge of the ‘on the day’ admission rate.9 Lost Membership Cards should be reported to Willows Activity Farm immediately. In the event of a lost Membership Card, Willows Activity Farm will re-issue a replacement card and charge an administration fee of £5.00 per card.10 Membership Cards cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional offer or voucher.11 All Membership Cards remain the property of Willows Activity Farm and can be withdrawn in the event of fraud and misuse. This includes, but is not limited to, allowing a third party to attempt to gain access to Willows Activity Farm with a Membership Card of which they are not the valid holder.12 Memberships are non-transferable and non refundable and cannot be sold or given away to a third party.13 Names on a membership cannot be changed unless under exceptional circumstances and when the member name being changed has been on the membership for a minimum of 12 months.14 The lead member can be the only person to make changes to the membership (including name change requests, contact detail changes, change of bank details).15 The authorised Member must show their Membership Card at the Entrance each time they visit Willows Activity Farm.16 Visitors under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an individual 18 years of age or over.17 Events subject to change without notice and no refunds are given should the Activity Farm close due to circumstances beyond its control.18 When applying for a Child Membership, an adult’s name and address MUST be supplied for all correspondence.19 Children under 2 are admitted free and we recommend they have a Cotton-Tail free of charge membership. From their 2nd birthday children need to be added to the membership at the special rate of the lead person’s membership at their original years price. Please contact the office or ask at Guest Services for further information and price.20 A Family Membership is valid for up to five named people at least one of whom must be a child. Please refer to T&C 7.21 All correspondence, cards and mailings will only be sent to the lead adult name and address given on this application form.22 The Lifetime Price Guarantee offered to you will be the published full price at the time of application. Please note this Lifetime Price Guarantee does not cover any additional members added over and above your maximum of 5 or 1 x Family Membership. This price will be guaranteed providing the Membership is renewed at expiry date for Annual Payers. Direct Debit payers will have no increase in payment as long as their payments remain uninterrupted for a minimum of 12 months, if payments are interrupted the Lifetime Price Guarantee is no longer valid.23 Extra charges apply for entry to Santa Spectacular for child members.24 By taking out a Willows Activity Farm Membership you accept that the legitimate collection and processing a range of personal data as outlined is necessary, as outlined in the Membership Privacy Policy, so that we can properly perform our contract with you.25 When purchasing a Family Term Time Weekday Membership or Family Anytime Membership the purchaser confirms that they are acting as parent/guardian/agent for and on behalf of any adult or child (under 18s) who will benefit from the membership and confirm that they are providing consent for the processing of the data in respect of such adult or child.26 A household can have up to 1 family membership at the original joining year price rate, any extra memberships will be added at the price the year the new membership is taken out in.

The Direct Debit Guaranteel This Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits.l If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit Bowmans Leisure will notify you 3 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request Bowmans Leisure to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of the request.l If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit, by Bowmans Leisure or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society.l If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when Bowmans Leisure asks you to.l You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify us.
