I use the fruits labels for the

lockers and hats. By using

the same pictures for each

child ; the children will learn

about the name and colour

of the fruits.

22 multicultural welcome leaves. Print, cut

and laminate them. Use it to display as a

multicultural tree. I have also insert a couple

of blank leaves should you want to include

other language. The template can be edited.

All the templates are created using Microsoft Word and are all editable. All the

templates are in A4 size except the learning through, learning about and special day

templates are in A3 size. The A3 templates can be printed off to display your photos

or write your information.

For the name tags and labels; print and cut it out before laminating. Some

instruction will be given to how to edit the templates. It is quite simple with some

knowledge of Microsoft Word.

The daily/weekly record

observation template is a good

tool for staff in the room to

keep track of all the children in

the room. Taking note of their

interest ( if they are playing the

same activity ) and exploration.

I place it on the information

board where all staff can

contribute to the curriculum. I

normally write a short note of

the activity and what they are

doing. See the example.

Planning record for individual

observation can be used to keep track

of developmental areas and key

learning areas such as numeracy and

literacy. You can also link them to the

EYLF Outcomes. The template is

editable so it is an ongoing record

where you type in the information as

you observe the children throughout

the year. I used the template for each

term so your report is all done for each

term and I emailed them to the parents

each term.
