Chimneys
Single wall flue liners
Single wall flue liners can be made of acid-resistant steel type 1.4828, 1.4404, 1.4301. They protect
the inner surfaces of ceramic chimneys from destructive functioning of acids.
Individual elements of the chimney system are being joint by the way of pushing one part of element
(male ending) into the other press-formed part of the element (female ending).
Thanks this connection chimney liner is characterized by very tight and stiff construction. It also
assures the proper flow of condensate along walls of the chimney straight into the condensate drain.
Please notice:
After installation every chimney liner should be checked by the proper institution
(depends of country)

Twin wall chimney system
Twin wall insulated chimneys can be made of acid-resistant steel type 1.4828, 1.4404, 1.4301
(inner pipe), the outer pipe is always made of 1.4301 polished stainless steel. Insulation made of
mineral wool guarantee safety (the outer pipe is always cold).

Air-flue single and twin wall flue liners
Their standard applications fume extraction from modern gas fired boilers with closed combustion
chamber or condensing boilers and pellet stoves, where the fume temperatures are low. These types
of boilers are equipped with a ventilator for fume extraction, which creates positive pressure in the
chimney duct.
These types of chimneys consists of single-walled fume duct removing fumes from the boiler. Flue
chimneys must be of high tightness, because of their functioning in high pressure conditions. In order
to prevent the fumes from escaping outside the duct, special seals are used in the female joint of the
pipe.
