Properties

Strong penetrating power of the dyestuff in the crust dyeing.

Mixable in water. In hard waters and depending on the proportions, it may show a light turbidity.

Application

0315 ATMIXTURE OF GREASY POLYMERS FOR PULL-UP EFFECTS

Properties

Produces a medium to very dark pull up effect.

No highlighting of defects.

Excellent miscibility with water.

Soften leathers.

Provides a mellow handle.

Application

It can be used alone or mixed with water for Pull-up effect.

Normally applied by roller coating machine but diluting 1:1 with water it can be spray.

To lubricate the grain side, before finishing, it is recommended to apply by roller about 5 gr/ft, rest overnight and the next day polish and to continue with the finishing.

It is also advisable to soften leathers apply product on the flesh side.

0341 ATWATERPROOF OILHIGH CONCENTRATION

Properties

This oil provides a very high Waterproof property that exceeds all the requirements of both dynamic and static waterproof with very low water absorption. The advantage of this oil is that it will not destroy the wa terproof properties of the waterproof leathers and at the same time.it can improve tremendously the waterproof performance of the non waterproof or weak waterproof leathers.

0390 ATOILY POLYMER IN EMULSION FOR PULL-UP EFFECTS

Properties

Greasy touch, moderate “Oil Pull-Up” effect, and darkening with high temperature plating (100 °C).

Medium speed of penetration that allows its application by pad or brush with no levelling troubles.

The penetration capacity is improved by high temperature drying. Nevertheless, due to its high concentration, it might be convenient in many cases to dilute it with water or a mixture of water / 0240 TA.

Its complete solubility in water allows an easy and inexpensive cleaning of the machine and tools used for its applications.

2878 CPCATIONIC COMPACT

Properties

Polishable cationic compound , soft, silky feel, excellent filling power. This over the time, is getting separated in two phases. The transparent phase remains on the bottom of the drum. It is necessary to stir well before its use, in order to get the mix right.

Application

It can be applied by spray or by roller coat machine. We suggest to rest the leathers overnight. Afterwards, polish and plate at 80ºC 100kg.F or its application, added 30% to 50% water.

Finishes

Intended for all kind of buffed leathers. If used as a sealing precoat with press,it is convenient to add 100g/l of 1444 UK. Also can use on full grain, adding 8868 EK.

Characteristics

Transparent film. Effective tightening of loose grain leather. It maintains a soft fine, grain break. It provides a mellow handle.

Application

Full grain leathers impregnation.

To optimize the performance, mix with the penetrator 8044EE (50 100 grs/lt. of the solution). Mix penetrator and water and add the resin later on. Use the mixture within the 48 following hours to its preparation Determine the o ptimum quantity of penetrators by making dropping trials.
