China Legal Service Directory

Purpose of the book: The China Legal Service Directory (‘the Directory’) is an annual publication which is mainly targeted at legal departments and decision-makers in businesses who need to choose appropriate legal service providers in China. Sino-Legal aim to deliver 5000 copies of this 2009/2010 edition of the Directory to legal counsels, appropriate managers and directors in both domestic and international companies.

Despite the fact that there is an increasing amount of information available about legal services in China, we have found through our research and extensive business contacts that it is still difficult for enterprises to find a high quality law firm which is able to provide tailored legal services to satisfy their particular needs. The Legal Services Directory has been designed with this in mind and will hopefully provide a practical solution to this dilemma. The reader will find that the book is divided into five sections which cover: Lawyers and Law Firms, Legal Translations, Legal Training, Legal Technology Products and Legal Recruitment.. There is also a chart in the first section which clearly shows the areas of specialization of each contributor.

Sino-Legal are aware that many lawyers and law firms, in focusing on providing a professional service, are not able to expend an enormous amount of time and energy in promoting their own services. Therefore we hope China Legal Services Directory will also be of benefit to lawyers.

Directory of the best legal service providersThe contributors to the Directory are from a wide range of law firms and legal service providers. However, they all provide good services in their specialist areas. The large law firms such as King & Wood, and Jun He have in many ways set the tone and standard of practice in recent years. However boutique law firms with special expertise such as Run Ming, Broad & Bright, LLinks, and Fangda Partners have also acquired good reputations. The firms in Sections 2 to 5 of the books, namely those providing legal translations, legal training, legal technology products and legal recruitment services will also satisfy a diversity of business needs. Law firm and Lawyer Index Law firms are listed in alphabetical order and a glance at the Index on page will help the reader to locate a particular entry of law firm. The individual lawyers are listed according to their professional The foldout chart on page 6 will also be useful to readers as it not only gives details of the practice areas covered by each lawyer/law firm but also highlights evolving areas of law which are becoming competitive.

新华律讯出版的《中国法律服务指南》（以下称“指南”）是一本免费定向投放的法

律工具书。服务指南是一本年度例刊，它收纳了各种与法律服务相关的服务商的信息，能

够帮助企业决策者更加轻松地选择专业并且适合自身企业的法律服务商。该服务指南的主

要读者为企业的首席法务和法律服务产品的购买决策者。2009-2010年度首刊有5000册定

QiusuoAfter she passed the PRC bar examination in 1988, she resigned her job as a judicial officer for the government and started her career as a professional attorney. Before her study in Japan, she handled many civil and criminal litigation cases. She was also appointed as the legal advisor for state-owned enterprises. After graduating from Waseda University in Japan , she practiced at former Tokyo Shiroyama Sogo Law Office. She became a partner of Allbright Law Offices in 1999. It’s also the year that the Allbright Law Offices was established. Now she is the legal advisor for many Japanese corporations listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, including banks in Japan, trading companies, electrical appliances manufactures, multinational companies, cons t ruc t ion compan ies , log i s t i cs enterprise and etc. She has been elected as one of the top ten female lawyers in
