一、背景2. 微丝 微丝( Microfilament, MF ),微丝是双股同方向的肌动蛋白丝以螺旋的形式组成的纤维,是细胞骨架的主要成分之一。 涉及:胞质环流、物质运输、物质交换等。微丝主要通过解聚和聚合来参与这些生命活动。

一、背景3. 程序性细胞死亡 程序性细胞死亡( programmed cell death, PCD )指由基因控制的细胞自主的死亡方式。不论对动物还是植物, PCD 都是及重要的生理过程,他们主要用于清除无用的、多余的细胞或癌细胞。

一、背景4. 微丝与细胞死亡 微丝解聚剂可完全消除挪威云杉胚胎发育模式中的细胞凋亡。 黄瓜白粉菌与小麦叶片组成非寄主互作体系,加入微丝解聚剂后,黄光白粉菌的侵入率显著提高。微丝的结聚间接导致了小麦叶片的死亡。
