The 5th China Best Employer Brand Awards and the 7th China HR Management Innovation Summit were held at Beijing Convention Center on October 24, 2010 by International Association for HR Management, Ministry of Human Resources & Social Security of the PRC and the Organizing Committee of the China Best Employer Brand Awards. On October 12, after 2-day on-site investigation by QUACERT, Tiens Group Production Base in Vietnam has successfully passed 4 quality certifications including ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System, ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety Management System, GMP Standard of CAC/RCP 1-1969 Rev.4-2003 by Codex Alimentarius Commission and ASEAN GMP Standard for Cosmetics. On September 17, Southern Weekend hosted the "2nd China Annual Forum of Social Responsibility", during which the 2010 awarding ceremony thereof also took place. SINGAPORE - China's Tiens Group Co Ltd treated 6,400 employees to a holiday in France in an outsize tour package.

CEO Li Jinyuan, 57, is celebrating the 20th anniversary of the international conglomerate with businesses in biotechnology, health management, e-commerce, hotel and tourism among others. 

The generous boss is the 24th richest person in China, according to the 2014 Hurun China Rich List, and has an estimated net worth of US$5.8 billion (S$7.7 billion).

Tiens Group president Li Jinyuan booked up 140 hotels in Paris and more than 4,700 rooms in Cannes and Monaco for the May 5-13 trip.

OBSERVATIE: acest produs a fost comercializat si sub denumirea de Chitosan, capsule(ambalaj Tiens).

Chitosan este un polizaharid cationic biocompatibil si biodegradabil obtinut prin diacetilarea chitinei, care la rândul ei, este un polizaharid natural, extras din cochiliile crustaceelor si al

anumitor specii de insecte. Din punct de vedere chimic, chitosan este o substantã similarã celulozei, o binecunoscutã fibrã vegetalã.  Dupã celulozã, chitina reprezintã cel mai abundent biopolimer din lume.

Chitosan, numit si "magnetul grãsimii", este o fibrã alimentarã nedigerabilã, fiind similar fibrelor vegetale si celulozei. Asemenea fibrelor dar cu efect mult mai puternic, Chitosan actioneazã asupra lipidelor la nivel intestinal blocând absorbtia acestora prin compactarea grãsimilor într-o masã prea mare pentru a fi digeratã. Poate lega de pâna la 6 ori greutatea sa în grãsimi, facilitând eliminarea acestora din tubul digestiv. Rezultatul constã în reducerea masei de lipide si colesterol asimilate (implicit a numãrului de calorii), fiind extrem de eficient în reducerea greutãtii corporale. Utilizat cel putin 4 sãptãmâni, el determinã reducerea colesterolului total, a tensiunii arteriale si a greutãtii corporale cu 1,3-1,7 kg. Dozele orale de pânã 6,75 g/zi sunt considerate sigure.

Chitosan poate fi hidrolizat de unele enzime digestive ale omului, dar în cea mai mare parte rãmâne nedigerat. O parte din Chitosan poate fi absorbitã dupã transformarea sa în oligozaharide de cãtre chitosanaza secretatã de bacteriile intestinale sau de cãtre lizozimul din fluidul intestinal, mecanismul explicând dubla actiune, atât la nivel digestiv, cât si celular. 

Chitosan s-a dovedit eficace în cresterea capacitãtii imune. El modificã preluarea si distribuirea antigenului proteic relevant si stimuleazã eliberarea citokinelor reglatoare asociate stimulãrii antigenice specifice în perioada imediat urmãtoare alimentãrii. Chitosan poate activa leucocitele în vitro si în vivo cu efecte diferite în functie de statusul metabolic al celulei. 

Chitosan prezintã puternice efecte antimicrobiene, antifungice si antivirale. De altfel, azi, Chitosan este aplicat sub formã de spray pe fructe si legume (tomate si cãpsuni), pentru a le prelungi perioada de valabilitate.

Chitosan are efecte gastroprotectoare participând la cicatrizarea ulcerelor gastro-duodenale, având rezultate superioare cimetidinei.

În prezent, Chitosan este considerat de cãtre nutritionisti ca fiind "al 6-lea element esential pentru viatã", dupã proteine, glucide, lipide, minerale si vitamine.

Indicatii terapeutice

1. Boli ale tractului digestiv

Efect de cicatrizare a leziunilor de tip ulcer gastro-duodenal (100-400 mg de 2 ori/zi).

Accelereazã tranzitul intestinal, reducând riscul de constipatie.

Fiind un regenerator al tesutului hepatic, Chitosanul este un bun hepatoprotector, având efecte minunate în tratamentul cirozei hepatice si a altor afectiuni hepatice cronice (bolile ficatului).

Întãreste functia pancreaticã, creste secretia de insulinã, scade nivelul glicemic, obtinându-se bune rezultate în tratamentul diabet-ului.

2. Boli ale tesutului cutanat

Chitosan stimuleazã formarea colagenului, motiv pentru care este foarte eficient în tratamentul arsurilor, ulcerelor si a altor traume ale tesutului cutanat, pielea rãmânând intactã, fãrã cicatrici în urma acestui tratament.

Chitosanul este eficient în tratamentului psoriazis-ului.

3. Program de slãbire

Eficient în obezitate, dislipidemii, hipercolesterolemie.

Chitosan blocheazã absorbtia lipidelor, compactandu-le într-o masã nedigerabilã, reduce semnificativ nivelul colesterolului total, reducând astfel greutatea corporalã si venind astfel în ajutorul persoanelor care doresc sã urmeze un program pentru slabit.

4. Boli ale aparatului cardiovascular

Hipertensiune arteriala : prin efectul sãu asupra peretilor vasculari, reduce tensiunea arterialã sistolicã si diastolicã.
