• Market growth is consistent but not rapidly growing. Being in this industry from past two years, we observed that slow growth is because of lack of competition. No one wants to get into developing market and leverage only developed ones. With current India market of USD 25 million, there are only 4 major players with no significant value proposition.
• Developing Competitors Lot of Chinese / Indian competitors will launch similar design range with injection molding selling at Cheaper rates. Our approach is to license our designs rather than fighting with them. That will create competition among subsequent manufacturers without impacting our margins.
