CHOCOLATE COOKIES

YOU NEED:

250g flour150 g sugarTwo eggsTwo teaspoons of baking powderThree tablespoons of butter or oilFair Trade chocolate

FIRST STEP:

You put 150g of sugar, 250g of flour, the two eggs and the two teaspoons of baking powder in a bowl.

SECOND STEP:

When you have all these ingredients, you have to use your hands to mix and get a good dough.

When you get a dough put it in the fridge.

THIRD STEP:

While the dough is in the fridge, you can cut up the chocolate in small pieces like this:

FOURTH STEP:

Well! Now take out the dough and begin making the cookies.

You can throw the chocolate in the bowl or put the chocolate in the cookies

LAST STEP:

When you finish making this,heat the oven to 200ºC, put the cookies on a baking tray and put it in the oven.
