Chocolate cookies with peanuts

Ingredients

500 grams of flour300 grams of bitter chocolate300 grams of peanuts250 grams of butter or margarine300 grams of caster sugar 2 eggs 1 packet of puff pastry (200 grams) 1 packet of baking powder

Instructions for the batter

1 Put the flour and baking flour into a bowl and mix it.2 Cut chocolate with a knife, make small pieces.3 Add 2 eggs, sugar and make the batter.4 Now put peanuts and cut chocolate into the batter.5 Then mix the batter with the puff pastry

together.

Making biscuits

6 Heat the oven (170 degrees).7 Dust a rolling board with flour!8 Divide the batter with a knife into 4 pieces.9 Then roll each piece on rolling board and make a roller ( about 4 cm in diameter).10 Slice it. (Pieces of about 0,5 cm thick).11 Put the cookies on a baking sheet covered with a baking paper.12 Put the cookies into the oven and bake them until they are light brown.
