COMMISSIONER RESPONSIBILITIES
NRS 490.067 (9)- Per diem and travel expenses for Commission events- $ 80 / day stipend for Commission Events (State employees
& officers exempt)- Work to create and promote responsible off-highway vehicle
recreation in the State- Must not miss 3 consecutive meetings
NRS 490.068- Elect Chair & Vice Chair- Meetings four times annually- Provide direction to OHV Program- Award OHV Grants
