However, the supervision of erection or re-erection of the buildingmay be undertaken by the same or another architect orengineer.

    ' (3) The application, plans and specifications shallbe signed by theapplicantand he archi-tect.(4) A refundable amount of Rs. 00shall be deposited by theapplicant with the application.

    This amount will berefundable to the auuiieantafterthe s% ofthecom lehon cmficate andafter satisfying the Execuhve ofti& 'or the Secretary, as the case ximy be, or hls repre-sentative, regarding clearance of the site and removal of debris therefrom :Provided that if debris isnot removed with thirty days of the completion of thebuilding, theaforesard amount shall be forfeited

    7.Type r design. - In case the applicant wishes to follow a typeor des ign o f a P l d i n g a pproved by the municipal comm ittee, he may obtain the same, if any, from the [ExecutiveOfficer or the Secretary as the case may be,] on the prescribed fee. These building plans alongwith relative site plan shall nevertheless be submitted as required by bye-law 3.
