Relax! Taking portraits is n for me and I want you and your family to have fun too! Enjoy the time you are spending with your family and let the day unfold as it normally would. Sometimes the best photos are of the most unexpected moments.

MyMy hope is that you will look back on these images in the years to come and clearly remember this time in your life. On-location photography frees you and your family from any anxiety associated with an unfamiliar photography studio. Everyone is more much more relaxed and more likely to exhibit their personalities.personalities. I will let the session unfold organically and direct your family as needed.

Post-sessionA week after your session I’ll post a preview of your session on my blog for you to share with friends and family. These are a collection of some of my favorite images from your session.

Approximately 2 weeks later I will provide you with a link to your complete gallery via e-mail. From your galery you can choose to order prints,

photobooks, canvases and more.

II subtly edit out obvious things like y away hairs, lipstick on teeth, or blemishes, bumps, and bruises. I do not airbrush faces, make people thinner, younger, taller, etc. You may notice me take several shots of the same pose during your session, I will only deliver the best of the best. Look condentIfIf you like what you're wearing the photo will reect that condence. Make sure everyone is comfortable so they are able to be themselves. There is no prescribed formula for what outt makes a great photo, it's really depends on the personality of each family member.

Tie it together...but...but don’t go overboard on the matchy-matchy. Let each individual family member’s outt reect their personality. Pick one article of clothing you really LOVE and build the rest of your family’s wardrobe around it. Using a variety of shades, patterns, and fabrics wil add interest to your images.

Accessorize!Accessorize!Accessories are a great way to add more texture and interest to a photo. Think about bringing along scarves, hats, sunglasses, or jewelry. Even jackets and hoodies can be added or removed to give variety to your images.

GroomingYouYou want your family in tiptop shape for your photos! Bring along chapstick, tissues, combs, and brushes for on the y grooming. Putting on lotion and wiping faces and noses before your session can help your photos look their best.
