These Blackline Masters can be completed in a variety of ways. The activities are designed to be stimulating, crafty and fun! They range from simple colouring to more complex artworks depending on your requirements – it’s up to you! They will equip children with important skills like colouring, cutting, gluing, folding, constructing and creative thinking. Below are some hints and tips for each activity to help you get the most out of your Blackline Masters.
Christmas
Australian Christmas Colouring Sheet
Ask students to colour and decorate their sheet for a quick and easy
craft activity. Remember these sheets can be enlarged or reduced
on a photocopier according to your requirements. You could make
a large A3 poster for group decorating.
Christmas Activity BookScissors will be required to complete this activity. For best results,
copy the Blackline Master onto cover paper. Ask students to cut out
the sheet and fold along the dotted lines to create their booklet.
Ask the students to colour and decorate their activity book and finish
by completing the puzzles.
Christmas BaublesScissors will be required to complete this activity. For best results,
copy the Blackline Master onto cover paper. Ask students to
decorate and cut their baubles out. These baubles can be used
as decorations or embellishments for cards, scrapbooks etc.
Christmas Finger Puppets
Scissors and tape will be required to complete this activity. For best
results, copy the Blackline Master onto cover paper. Ask students to
colour and decorate their finger puppets. Cut the finger puppets
out following the dotted lines. Fold the strip around your fingers and
tape together.
Christmas Gift Tags and CardScissors will be required to complete this activity. For best results,
copy the Blackline Master onto cover paper. Ask students to cut out
the gift tags and card. Fold the card in half along the dotted lines.
Have students colour and decorate the gift tags and card. Punch
holes in the end of the gift tags and thread ribbon or string through
so students can use them for Christmas presents. Ask students to
write a message on the inside of the card and give to someone
special at Christmas time.
Christmas Lists
Scissors will be required to complete this activity. For best results,
copy the Blackline Master onto cover paper. Ask students to
complete the Christmas lists and then decorate them. Cut each list
out. You could have students send their wish list to Santa.
Christmas Tree
Ask students to colour and decorate their Christmas Tree. Use a
variety of collage materials and encourage students to decorate
in their own style. Hang the Christmas Trees together for a lovely
Christmas display. Remember these sheets can be enlarged or
reduced on a photocopier according to your requirements. You
could make a large A3 Christmas Tree for group decorating.
Christmas Vouchers
Scissors and glue will be required to complete this activity. For best
results, copy the Blackline Master onto cover paper. Ask students
to cut out the vouchers and envelope. Have students colour
and decorate. To construct the envelope, fold along the dotted
lines, glue the tab and the inside flap together to make a pocket.
Students can fill out the vouchers and place them inside the
envelope to give as a special gift at Christmas time.
Merry Christmas Colouring Sheet
Ask students to colour and decorate their sheet for a quick and easy
craft activity. Remember these sheets can be enlarged or reduced
on a photocopier according to your requirements. You could make
a large A3 poster for group decorating.
Stand Up ReindeerScissors and glue will be required to complete this activity. For best results, copy the Blackline Master onto cover paper. Ask students
to colour and decorate their Reindeer and cut it out. To construct,
fold along the dotted lines in between the 2 body halves. Fold the
body halves up and join together at the top with a small amount
of glue or tape. Glue the Reindeer head to one side of the body.
This cute Reindeer makes a great addition to a Christmas class
display. Remember these sheets can be enlarged or reduced on a
photocopier according to your requirements.
All About Christmas Blackline Masters have been designed to celebrate Christmas with craft! Students are able to create fabulous Christmas creations to display or give to friends and family. Students can work individually or as part of a group. Experiment with a variety of materials and art techniques.
