Blas RestaurantOur restaurant Blas which means ‘taste’ in Welsh, offers more of an intimate dining experience with stunning views over our golf course and valleys. Serving a la carte, festive and afternoon tea menus throughout the season, seating parties from 2-16 guests. Lunch is served daily between 12.00pm – 3.00pm Monday to Saturday. Sunday lunch is served between 12.00pm – 3.00pm. Afternoon Tea is served between 1.00pm-5pm daily (Sunday 3pm-6pm), and dinner sittings between 6.00pm – 9.00pm.

The Fairway SuiteOur events and Christmas calendar offers a variety of entertainers, menus and events to suit all, young, old, families, friends and office parties. Celebrations and good times are guaranteed – just don’t wait too long to book as spaces do fill up fast. The suite can hold up to 350 guests.

Private DiningFor parties between 10-14 guests our Captains Room is ideal, or for groups of 15-50 guests are seated in The Beacons Suite where you will find breath taking views.For groups of up to 120 guests we can accommodate the party in our Barn Suite.

CHRISTMAS FESTIVE BREAK

Arrive on Christmas Eve to a warm Welsh welcome as well as mince pies and mulled wine. Begin to unwind in the resort facilities before enjoying a 3 course dinner in Blas Restaurant before returning to your room to hang up your Christmas stocking.

Awake on Christmas morning to a leisurely breakfast after perhaps a dip in the pool or a brisk walk in the beautiful countryside.

A 5 course lunch will be served in Blas Restaurant followed by a visit from Santa before he returns to the North Pole. Christmas night you’re invited to pit your wits against the other guests in our quiz and a buffet.

GIFT IDEAS & VOUCHERS


1. Provisional bookings will only be held for SEVEN DAYS. A deposit of £10.00 per person (non refundable and non transferable) is required within seven days of the provisional booking being made.

2. The total balance outstanding is required 28 days prior to your event date. If the balance is not received by this date the booking will be automatically cancelled.

3. Cancellation policy - deposits, part payments and full payments are not refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

4. If your booking is made within 4 weeks of arrival full prepayment will be required.

5. One cheque or payment only per group is permitted for party bookings (individuals must go through the party organis-er, and can not make an individual payment). Please note the following on the back of the cheque: name and address of the organiser, date of function, lead name on booking. Cheques should be payable to Bryn Meadows Golf, Hotel and Spa.

6. Number of guests may be increased (subject to availability) however any cancelled places will not receive a refund and this may not be transferred to cover food, drinks or accom-modation.

7. Any amendments to the final pre-paid number of guests should be advised in writing to the hotel a minimum of 7 working days prior to your event.

8. Dietary requirements should be advised in writing to the hotel a minimum of 7 working days prior to your evening.

9. If a specific pre-ordered wine is unavailable it will be replaced with an alternative of the same standard.

10. Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT at 20% at the time of booking and may be subject to alteration should the VAT rate change.

11. Beverages of any kind are not permitted to be brought into Bryn Meadows Golf, Hotel and Spa by the event guests or clients. Beverages will be held by our security department and returned to our guests after the event.

12. You will be liable for the cost of repairs carried out as a result of any damage caused to any part of Bryn Meadows Golf, Hotel and Spa premises or equipment thereon, by negli-gence, wilful act or default of any person invited by you or on your behalf to the hotel. The hotel management will not accept liability in respect of any loss or damage to articles bought on to the premises.

13. In the event of a party or event having to be cancelled by Bryn Meadows Golf, Hotel and Spa an alternative date will be offered or a full refund given without liability to the hotel.

14. Bryn Meadows Golf, Hotel and Spa reserves the right to refuse admission and operates a smart casual dress code – training shoes are not permitted.

TERMS & CONDITIONSThe following are the terms and conditions applicable to reservations made for the Christmas and new year 2019/20 events at Bryn Meadows Golf, Hotel and Spa.

15. The hotel will endeavour to try to sit groups together wherever possible. However we will not accept individual table plans.

16. The hotel reserves the right to fill tables with other groups.

17. An allocation of bedrooms for each party night has been set aside; the accommodation reference code for your party night will be provided on your confirmation. All rates are subject to availability. Once the allocation is full our best available rate will apply.

18. No corkage is available.

19. Bar accounts can be arranged prior to the date of your event – with credit card details provided – only one credit card per booking can be accepted.

20. On the events where Santa is attending due to popular demand there will be a queue.

21. Gift exchange and gift bags are not allowed in our function rooms. If you are attending an event and wish to exchange gifts, this will need to be done in public areas of the resort, and gifts / gift bags will be held by our security department and returned to our guests after the event. The hotel reserves the right to search individuals.
