BAR DINING – Capacity: 50 seated / 80 standing

Walk in to Orchid Room through our stunning archway and enter in to our

gorgeous bar area.

The bar can be hired out on its own or as part of a full venue hire. With a fully

stocked bar, AV Equipment available for hire and an independent sound system,

the area is perfect for after work functions and smaller cocktail style events for

up to 80 people.

WHOLE VENUE – Capacity: 180 seated / 300 standing

If you are looking for a venue to host up to 300 people, you can hire Orchid

Room exclusively. Start your event with stand up canapés in the Orchid Room

Bar before moving to our dining room for dinner. The Bar also offers options for a

band and dance floor after your meal. Our beautiful dining area comes complete

with a water feature and seating for up to 130 people. The space is perfect for

Weddings, Christmas Parties and so much more!

SEMI-PRIVATE

THE LILY ROOMS – Capacity: 8-32 seated

A stunning semi-private dining area that you can make your own. Bask in the ambient lighting for a business lunch, or close the doors and enjoy the intimacy for a

private dinner event. The dining rooms also run along the kitchen for the perfect interactive experience. Projector facilities are available for hire making it great for

presentations or product launches.

LONSDALE ROOM – Capacity: 120 Seated / 150 standing

Have a large group ready to go forth and conquer? The Lonsdale level can be hired out exclusively for up to 120 guests. This is prime position to sit back and watch the

buzz of Melbourne pass you by on Lonsdale street below.

With great flexibility, the Lonsdale level can also be divided into separate areas for awesome semi-private dining for groups of 40-120. With plenty of light and atmosphere this is the perfect

space for those special occasions where you want to be immersed in the action.

MEZZANINE – Capacity: 30 seated / 50 standing

Be right in the thick of the bustling energy of the restaurant, while still having

your dedicated space. An open area that is perfect for a sit-down feast, with

friends, family or colleagues! Catering for up to 30 guests on round tables (for

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT ARE THE COSTS INVOLVED?

Please contact our Functions team directly to discuss minimum spend and room hire

requirements. A deposit will be required and you will be required to meet a food and

beverage minimum spend. Prices will vary depending on the area, time and date of booking.

CAN YOU CATER FOR DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?

We are happy to cater for most dietary requirements given at least 7 days. Dining on a set

menu, any vegetarian, pescatarian and gluten-free diners will receive their own set menu at

the same charge per person. More restricted food requirements such as allergies will receive

one dish per course depending on the severity.

We regret we cannot accommodate paleo diets or any dietary requirements relating to any

staple Asian ingredients (e.g. chilli, lemongrass, coriander). These are included in all base

sauces, marinades, dressings and condiments, and are difficult to exclude from most dishes.

ARE CHILDREN WELCOME AND DO YOU HAVE HIGH CHAIRS?

Children are more than welcome but must be accompanied by an adult at all times. We have

limited highchairs and do our best to accommodate all requests but cannot guarantee them.

Children under 12 eat half price and children under 4 eat free.

WHEN DO YOU NEED EVERYTHING FINALISED BY?

We will require the deposit within 7 days of making a booking.

Final numbers and all dietary requirements are due 48 days before your event – this will be

the amount charged if your numbers decrease on the day.

Food and Beverage options are to be finalized 2 weeks before your event.

CAN WE BRING A CAKE?

You are more than welcome to bring along a cake. This can be delivered to the venue on the

day of your event.

DO WE HAVE TO CHOOSE A SET MENU?

All functions are required to take part in a set menu or a canape package. We have a

great range of options to suit your budget. The $68 Menu is not available in private areas/

functions or for groups of 20 or more.

WHAT IF I CANCEL?

We understand that plans change. Please see our cancellation policy below:

Cancellation by the client must be received in writing and be acknowledged by the venue.

Where the client to cancel the agreed services: A. More than 60 days prior to the services

date, the venue will refund all deposits/ amounts paid. B. Between 30 and 60 days prior to

the scheduled services date, the deposit amount will be retained by the venue but can be

transferred for a future event at any venue and used within 6 months. C. Between 8 and 29

days prior to the scheduled services date, the deposit will be forfeited by the client. D. Less

than 7 days prior to scheduled services date, the venue retains all deposit amount(s) and the

client agrees to pay 100% of the outstanding agreed minimum spend.

CAN WE DO DRINKS ON CONSUMPTION?

In the Lily Rooms or in our Semi private areas, you are welcome to order on consumption or

select a beverage package for the group. Groups of 30 or more will be asked to pre-select

the drinks they would like available to order on consumption on the night.

In The Orchid Room, you are welcome to order drinks on consumption and set up a bar

tab or a cash bar. You will just need to pre-select the drinks you would like available.

Alternatively, the whole group can do a beverage package.
