Christmas Booking Form

TERMS AND CONDTIONS

All fees confirmed on the form are non-refundable for any cancellation less than fifteen (15) working days prior to the

function or “No Show” on the date of the event.

Three weeks’ advance written notice is required for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day

Late cancellation and No Show will be charge in full. Only written cancellation is accepted.

Programmes, Entertainment and Venue are subject to change without prior notice.

Members must present their Membership Card upon arrival and sign the bill before leaving the restaurants.

No meal or beverages can be served or ordered presentation of a membership card.

Children’s prices are for 3 to 11. Toddlers aged under 3 will not be charged.

Please indicate in the Special Request Box if you require Baby Chairs (s) and / or Booster seat(s).

Due to limited availability, allocation will be on first come first served basis.

Dress Code applies in the Coffee Shop and Restaurant; please check the HKFC website for details.
