Turkey Troubles When stuffing that Thanksgiving turkey you may have trouble with the stuffing sticking inside the bird after cooking. To prevent this, wrap the stuffing in cheesecloth before inserting in the turkey and cooking. When the turkey is done, pull out the cheesecloth and the stuffing will slide right out.
Butter Softener When you need soft butter but only have hard, refrigerated
sticks, simply shave off the needed amount with a vegetable peeler. In a matter of sec-onds the butter shavings will be soft.
