The day activates comprised of on site experiments using various fuels as mentions although diesel car fire simulation aided the development for fire load assessment tool which was later used by a customer – enjoyable work and fantastic feedback.

Final thoughts of 2015 Prevention is far better than having to complete a lessons learnt and deal with the cost of an incident, a final thought is directed to preventing such occurrences in the first instance and ensuring appropriate controls are in place throughout including planned

preventative measures, training and education and appropriate financial provisions are in place to support those activities. Here are some images of investigation and audit findings. These show electrical fire due to electrical arcing, unconnected and damaged lightning conductor, inappropriately installed gas

detection and introduced fire risk brought into a facility by a contractor.
