\ÇàÜÉwâvà|ÉÇ This has always been my favourite section in the Bible. When I was younger I did not

understand much of it. As we have grown and learned it finally made sense. I created

these copywork books specifically to teach my children in small sections “copable

amounts” I like to call it of what the Bible means when it discusses the Birth of Christ and

the true meaning of Christmas.

I have included the entire relevant passage, and also broken sections down into smaller

verses for your child to re-write and practice, all the while absorbing what he or she is

writing about. Let’s not forget Christmas is an exciting time for every child and they are

anxious to learn and undertake Christmas-related activities. For longer passages I would

suggest that you highlight those sentences that you wish your child to write down. Some

sections are rather difficult to separate. So for those particularly long passages I have

included additional lined pages at the end of that particular passage. You and your child

will know which lines he or she is more comfortable writing on.

I have included additional pages with tracers, training lines and also tracing fonts. I

thought it quite inspirational to have the child draw a picture in the frame provided at the

end of the pages pertaining to each verse. You will note that some pages have less lines

or “paragraphs” than others. This is to ensure that your child is comfortable with the

selection and that his or her hard work does not get lost amongst dozens of unused lines.

Some sections of the book will have colourful nativity scenes on them whilst others will be

blank and can be coloured by your child if desired.

Included also are some fun activities at the very end of the copywork. My motto being

“Learning must be fun” goes with every subject I write about. If you find it inappropriate

according to the lessons in this book please do not print the pages, as they are really

additional fun exercises to take away any possible monotony of repetitive copywork on

the same subject. The decision is yours.
