Worship: The other day as I was preparing for my daily devotion, I came across Psalm 122:1, I was glad when they said to me, Let us go to the house of the LORD!’” As my mind rolled over those words, I could not help but think, I sure will be glad when we can once again say, Let us go to the house of the LORD!I do so miss seeing all of you and gathering for worship. Not being in worship these past couple of months has left an emptiness in my heart; I can feel that something real and tangible is missing in my life. I want to get back in church. Thankfully, that day is coming. I am coming to the point where I can see a little light at the end of the tunnel, so to speak. On June 21st we plan to come back for worship. Things will be different, but at least we will be on our way to getting back in worship. My prayer is that our focus will be on God and worship. It will be hard not to spend our time on social distancing, describing how to do this or that, and/or going over dos and donts. I do not want this. We are hard at work to put things in order, to clean the facility, and organize such that those things can happen behind the scenes, and we can be free to worship the Almighty, to praise God, and to see one another. I realize that things will not be perfect, that we will be distracted by the world, and that worship will feel different. Nonetheless, I would like for you to know my heart, my desire for us to gather for the sole purpose of praising our God. Therefore, so we can all focus on worship as prayerfully as possible, let me encourage you to pay attention to the communications we will shortly be providing about coming back to worship. If you will watch the video and read the notes we send out, most all of your questions will be answered about the times, places, dos, donts, and the like. The more we are all on the same page, the better we can focus on worshipping our God. See you June 21st. -God bless! Worship:

The other day as I was preparing for my daily

devotion, I came across Psalm 122:1, “I was

glad when they said to me, ‘Let us go to the

house of the LORD!’” As my mind rolled over

those words, I could not help but think, “I sure

will be glad when we can once again say, “Let us go to the house

of the LORD!” I do so miss seeing all of you and gathering for worship. Not being in worship these past couple

of months has left an emptiness in my heart; I can feel that something real and tangible is missing in my life. I

want to get back in church.

Thankfully, that day is coming. I am coming to the point where I can see a little light at the end of the tunnel, so

to speak. On June 21st we plan to come back for worship. Things will be different, but at least we will be on our

way to getting back in worship. My prayer is that our focus will be on God and worship. It will be hard not to

spend our time on social distancing, describing how to do this or that, and/or going over do’s and don’ts. I do not

want this. We are hard at work to put things in order, to clean the facility, and organize such that those things can

happen behind the scenes, and we can be free to worship the Almighty, to praise God, and to see one another. I

realize that things will not be perfect, that we will be distracted by the world, and that worship will feel different.

Nonetheless, I would like for you to know my heart, my desire for us to gather for the sole purpose of praising

our God.

Therefore, so we can all focus on worship as prayerfully as possible, let me encourage you to pay attention to the

communications we will shortly be providing about coming back to worship. If you will watch the video and

read the notes we send out, most all of your questions will be answered about the times, places, do’s, don’ts, and

the like. The more we are all on the same page, the better we can focus on worshipping our God. See you June

21st. -God bless! Pastor Rick

Daily Devotionals

Join us on Facebook each evening at

6:30pm for a short video devotional.

As we approach these long

hot summer days, you may

be thinking that you need to

exercise more but you don’t

know where to start? Before you start

any exercise program, talk with your

doctor about what's best for you.

Participating in regular physical activity will help you:

maintain your muscle mass, increase your bone density,

improve your balance, posture and flexibility, have better

control of chronic disease symptoms, decrease pain

and depression and prevent falls. With your doctor's help

I know you can find a program that works for you. I have

been doing a lot of stretching and balancing exercises and

I can already see a difference in my ability to reach objects

that have been difficult for me to reach.

this week to:

Jean Sanders, June 15

Susan Warwick, June 15

As we approach our June 21st restart date for worship,

I want to update you on the youth ministry gatherings

for the remainder of the summer. We will be planning

for weekly outdoor youth ministry gatherings on

Wednesday's as well as weekly Zoom live hangouts

on Sunday's. Friday mornings will be our student led devo. A video link

will be sent to our youth families each Friday morning and are meant to

be viewed as a family. I recognize the eagerness to finally be back together, however, we want to be as safe as

possible, therefore as a youth ministry, we will be abiding by social distancing guidelines such as spacing for

teaching / worship time, providing "no contact" sports and games while together. I am so excited to see everyone

and I hope you are looking forward to our summer plans! See you all soon! -Kris

Church Family,
