After you select "Apply Online", you will be asked to enteryour personal checklist code.

A personal checklist code is located at the top of thispersonal checklist and looks like this: QK4350881372.

Once you have entered your personal checklist code, youwill be guided through the following steps to complete yourapplication:

Upload your documentsReview your applicationPay with a credit cardSubmit your application

After you submit your payment, you will see a page thatconfirms that your application has been submitted. It willhave more information on next steps. Shortly after yousubmit, you will also receive a confirmation message in yourMyCIC account.
