• Level 5, this is the Payroll Assistant Manager apprenticeship which achieved recognition with the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education in December 2019.

• The aim is to complete the next stage by the middle of February 2020 with an estimated ‘go live’ of June 2020

• In Cintra Terms – Team Leader position

• The future would be level 7 – Degree Level and Payroll Manager Level
