CBA Community Garden Адыгэ Хадэ

Our new organic garden needs people who love to grow food– for themselves and for others.

Tending the garden, watering & weeding while chatting with friends will strengthen our social interactions.

Enriching the garden will enrich our community as well. Sharing a bountiful harvest will help others and bring us closer together. Our garden is supported by The Passaic County Freeholders who have

also provided us with a grant.

ATTENTION all gardeners!!The CBA Community Garden

Committee is looking for volunteers who love to get

their hands dirty.

The children’s garden will be part of the Sunday School.

Encouraging little ones to tend the

garden will combine fun with learning

about Allah’s creation.

CBA Community Garden

We will be offering 10 (4’ x 10’) plots to grow organic vegetables and herbs for the 2015 growing season.

Each volunteer will be given a plot and must abide by the guidelines established by the Garden Committee.

We are looking for donations of garden tools: Hoes, rakes, trowels, wheel barrows, hoses, etc.

Once established, the garden will be expanded in the future to include more plots and the addition of berries, fruit trees, greenhouse, etc.

A garden needs committed volunteers; people who love

to grow and it also needs many supplies.

Sustainability

Continuous support will be

required to ensure a

successful garden. Many hands will be

needed but the rewards will be

worth the effort. Fresh, healthy

organic produce for all to enjoy.
