The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approved the change of name of Banco De Oro Unibank, Inc. (BDO) to:

“BDO UNIBANK, INC. Doing business under any of the following names and styles:

BDO, BDO Unibank, Banco De Oro, Banco De Oro Unibank, BDO Banco De Oro”

and the corresponding amendment to the Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws of BDO. . . . .

Moreover, in a separate letter dated November 8, 2011, the Bank stated in part that:

Since only the name of BDO was changed and the corporate entity remains the same, BDO will not be replacing its already issued stock certificates. BDO will continue to honor stock certificates validly issued under the name “Banco De Oro Unibank, Inc.”
