A11 the Principals of Pharmacy Colleges are hereby informed that thePractical Examinations in Second half of 201.4 for FY/SYlTYlFinal year

B.Pharm. 2OO8 Pattern will be conducted from 291912014 to 6l1.Ot2014 atall the affiiiated colleges which are approved as centers for the practical

examinations.

The centers shall follow the following instructions for thesmooth conduct of the said examinations

1. The list of examiners and course wise number of students for the

practical examinations will be given to the Principal of the

examinations centre by the University .

2. Principal of the examination center shall see that the batch size

for practical examination should not exceed 25 students.

3. The Principal of the respective examinations centre sha1l prepare

the timetable of practical examinations as per the availability of

the examiners and submit the soft copy of the time table to

Controller of Examinations as well as soft copy to the respective

Co-ordinators and Dean faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences by

Email on or before 27th September, 2OL4. The list of examiners

appointed for the practical examination shall be communicated to

the respective co-ordinator by email on or before zzthSeptember,2OL4.

4. The practical examinations shall be conducted as per the timetable submitted.

5. If the dxaminer appointed by the University is unable to conductthe examination and communicated to concerned principal,

then, alternative examiner shall be appointed in consultationwith respective region co-ordinator.

6. The Principal of the respective Examination Centre shall submitthe Marksheet of the practical examinations online as well as

hard copy duly signed by the examiners to the controller ofExaminations immediately after the completion of practical

examinations at that Centre.

7. The Principal of the examinations centre shall also submit the

list of examiners who have actually conducted the practical

examinations along with the marksheets.
