- Compliance with nutritional guidelines using the expertise of CIS nutritionists

- Use of nutritional programmes which provide a balanced diet. CIS has designed a nutritional programme called "Go for Green" to meet the daily calorie needs for the different types of work each person is carrying out.

In each country where it operates, CIS implements stringent sourcing and storage procedures in order to ensure that there is always safety stock available:

- Process for evaluating and selecting suppliers in order to guarantee product quality and to promote the use of local produce

- Setting up supply chains adapted to the extreme conditions of each operation

CIS can supply its customers with electronic systems for scheduling and reserving rooms, thereby ensuring optimised accommodation management where employees can be accommodated in the living quarters when needed and camp occupancy can be monitored.

CIS’ services cover the entire waste management cycle:collection, sorting, processing and incineration of household, medical and/or industrial waste from the camp. Waste management covers all kinds of waste, whether it is solid, liquid or gaseous waste.

CIS’ qualified and skilled staff carry out building maintenance work (painting, plumbing, etc.) technical maintenance for equipment (power generators – low-voltage master distribution boards - machines - HVAC equipment, etc.) and repairs to the camp infrastructure (buildings, equipment and vehicles).

CIS processes waste water, manages systems for drinking water purification and ensures that the water quality meets the most up-to-date international standards. CIS also manages the maintenance of irrigation systems.

For the daily well-being of the teams, CIS can also design and manage leisure facilities for sites: outdoor and indoor sports facilities, cinemas, libraries, supermarkets and special events.

CIS has set up an awareness-raisingcampaign to teach and advise its customers of the risks linked to an excessive intake of foods which could lead to health problems.

CIS has included in its management system an ethics charter which sets out the values and rules of professional ethics which govern how we carry out our actions and our relationships with third parties (e.g. with customers, suppliers, partners, public authorities, etc.).

Our business must be conducted in accordance with the principles of integrity, impartiality and openness, in order to maintain and increase the trust our customers, partners and suppliers have in us and thus ensure our success.

Our commitments include, but are not limited to, preventing money laundering, fighting against corruption, respecting the principles of a free-market economy

and confidentiality, avoiding conflicts of interest, complying rigorously with all applicable legislation, and adopting environmentally friendly and sustainable development practices.

In line with this approach, CIS has been a member of the un Global Compact since 2005 and regularly publishes "Communication on Progress" reports.

Created in 2008 by Group founder and Chairman-CEO Régis Arnoux, the CIS Corporate Foundation is chaired by Loic Souron and Monique Arnoux (Vice-chairman) and is committed to supporting young people (aged 18-25) from underprivileged backgrounds in Marseille and the surrounding areas. The aim of the Foundation is to provide financial support for training or professional development and to support them throughout their training until they are ready to reach professional independence.In the past 7 years, the CIS Corporate Foundation has supported nearly 70 young adults.
