Our aligned Academies agree to partner with us for the period of July 1, 2016 June 30, 2017. For the fee of $500 per Academy, we agree to supply the following services: Baseline Services: $500 per Academy Remote consultation, troubleshooting and monitoring via telephone, email, and/or other technology 1 Assistance in facilitating certification testing, as well as in becoming a testing center 2 Monthly updates in the form of slide decks and/or webinars Localization and dissemination of critical communications Maintenance of Cisco Academy Membership Agreement “First point of contact” service for support issues, and liaison service with Cisco Support Onboarding assistance: (new Academies) --Administrator Orientation for NetAcad Contact and NetAcad Success Leads --NetSpace navigation help and initial training in using tools and resources --Assistance in finding instructor training --Classroom/lab setup and equipment ordering Ongoing assistance: --Direction to resources and support --Familiarization with new Academy tools and resources --Help with choosing and adding new curricula --Help with change initiatives Notes: 1. Classes may be canceled and a full refund issued when written notification is provided up to five business days before the first day of class. No refunds will be provided beyond that. You may either reschedule the class or transfer the credit to another colleague. Credit must be used within the current fiscal year of the initial class start date.

The Towson University ASC Support Agreement is attached. Your Netacad Contact’s signature and payment of the baseline fee authorizes our continued partnership. Payment options include a check payable to CPS/Towson University, sent to the address in the letterhead on page 1 of this letter; convenient online payment via our website, or a wire transfer using Agency Code R24, Program Code (PCA) 00243, and Transaction (TC) 450. If desired, we can also handle payment via credit card. We would appreciate payment by December 1, 2016.
