SBS modified asphalt core self-seals around nail or screw penetrations when mechanically fixing roofing. Seals to the roof deck providing additional security against potential leaks compared to mechanically fastened base sheets.

The poly faced surface designed to provide foot traction and maximum adhesion of Boral cap sheets:

• Boral TileSeal® HT – Boral’s strongest, most durable underlayment for tile, metal, shingle, shake or slate roofing

• Boral TileSeal® 50 HT – Polyester faced SBS modified asphalt underlayment for tile, metal, shingle, shake and slate roofing

• GatorSeal®- granular surfaced SBS modified asphalt underlayment with heavy-duty fiberglass reinforcement for strength and durability

Peel & Stick application requires no special tools, no hot asphalt for hot mopping.

Citadel® Plus has a manufacturer’s limited warranty when used with Boral Roofing’s cap sheet underlayments:

• 30 year warranty when installed as a base sheet under Boral TileSeal® HT*

• 25 year warranty when installed as a base sheet under Boral TileSeal® 50 HT

• 20 year warranty when installed as a base sheet under GatorSeal®
