• Fences and trees may be impacted on properties

adjacent to project.• If private property is to

be impacted during construction, we will obtain an easement or right-of-way before work begins.

Land Acquisition Process• Will occur after pre-final design complete.• Plats will be prepared showing easements

and/or right-of-way needed.• Land Acquisition Agent will contact

property owners to negotiate.

Construction • We will coordinate with property owners

well in advance.• Fences may be temporarily removed &

replaced. Relocation to private property may be necessary, if currently within the right-of-way.
