• Citrix needed a technical & infrastructure upgrade with as-is or better functionality with minimum downtime

• Actuate reports to BI Publisher migration

• Address and Account/Agreement conversion from 1:M to M:M (SEA to SIA)

• Single Sign–on Authentication setup using WIA –SSO (Call Center and eService)

• Technical Redesign of Audit Trail functionality

• Migration of attachments to new platform
