Dear Mr. President and City Councillors:
I respectfully request and recommend that your Honorable Body appropriate the sum ofFifteen Thousand, Twenty-Five Dollars, ($15,025.00) from Sewer Retained Earnings to LawDepartment Claims Account # 010-151-5762.
This request will supplement the law department claim account for payment of a sewagebackup claim. A copy of the approval of payment for this claim is attached.
Prior to this transfer, Sewer Retained Earnings stands at approximately $2.5 million dollars.The year-end figures have not been finalized as of this date.
