    Council President Robert A. Maiocco called the Thirtieth Regular Meeting of the Medford CityCouncil to order at 7:00 P.M at the Howard F. Alden Memorial Auditorium, Medford City Hall.

    BE IT ORDERED: that in accordance with the provisions of General Laws of Massachusettsand the Revised Charter of the City of Medford, insofar as the latter is applicable, the CityClerk, be and he, is hereby authorized and instructed to notify and warn such of theinhabitants of the City of Medford, qualified to vote and the law requires, to assemble at theseveral polling places as designated in this order for and within the several precincts where

    they are duly registered voters on TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 8, 2011, then and there to givetheir ballots for the nomination of respectively:

    One (1) Mayor to serve for a period of two (2) years from thefirst Monday in January, 2012, to be elected by and from thequalified voters of the City at large.

    Seven (7) members of the City Council to serve for a period oftwo (2) years from the first Monday in January, 2012, to beelected by and from the qualified voters of the City at large.

    Six (6) members of the School Committee to serve for a periodof two (2) years from the first Monday in January, 2012, to beelected by and from the qualified voters of the City at large.

    BE IT FURTHER ORDERED: that the following named polling places be andthey are hereby designated to be used at the City Election to be held on

    TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 8, 2011.

    (The said polling places to be open at 7:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M.)
