Campers can expect to be engaged on a daily basis in fun and constructiveactivities under the supervision of caring, trained counselors.Expect a day of exciting activities, including art, sports, dance,

swimming, trips, special events and more! Registration is ongoingat the Recreation Office or Online @ www.cityofwhiteplains.comuntil camp groups are full. Copies of your child’s doctor or clinic immunization records are required to complete your application registration.Please Note: All camp sites are “No Cell Phone” zones forboth campers and staff.

Camp Quarropas & Teen Camp Early Drop Off Parents can have the added convenience of dropping off their camper priorto the start of camp. Upon arrival campers can have a free cold breakfastand participate in group activities. Spaces are limited, first-come, first-serve.Monday - Friday, 7:45am, $30 per week, in addition to camp fee.

Camp Extended Day (For All Camps) Campers can extend theirday with more fun! Supervised by camp staff, the program features additional limited activities and free time. Snack provided. Spaces are limited, first-come first-serve. Monday - Friday, until 5:30pm, $75 per week, in addition to camp fee.

• Register now to reserve a space! -A payment plan is available with aninitial deposit of $250. Deposits are non-refundable. Full payment on deposit registrations are due by May 22nd. Please note that once you have registered for camp, no changes can be made to your initial registration application except for adding services, if available. Refunds are only issued because of illness or accident, and requests must be submitted in writing with a doctor’s note. Financial aid may be available with proof of your 2019 tax return.

• Ages and Grades - Panawok campers will be entering Kindergarten through 2ndgrade in the fall. Quarropas campers will be entering grades 3rd to 5th, and Teencampers will be entering grades 6th to 8th. Camp Panawok and Camp Quarropascamper groups are co-ed by grade. Please note that requests for your child tobe grouped with specific children cannot be granted.

• Camp Schedule - Do you have vacation plans that make it difficult to committo a two week session? You have the flexibility to register for one week at a timefor Camp Panawok and Camp Quarropas or you may register for a full 6 weekprogram. Weekly registration is not an option for Teen Camp. Camp Dates: July6 - 10; July 13 - 17; July 20 - 24; July 27 - 31; Aug. 3-7; Aug. 10 - 14.

• Flexible Camp Hours: Our flexible hours give you more time, and give your childmore fun! Early Drop Off and Extended programs are offered as an option.

Summer Inclusion Day Camp (Services forChildren with Differing Abilities)See Camp Panawok, Camp Quarropas or Teen Camp descriptions for dates and fees. Registration - An IEP or 504 information and an interview (parent with child) are required before registration can be completed. If space is available, a deposit will reserve your spot until the interview process Is completed. In order for us to provide the best possible support for your child, please be thorough and honest with us about your child’s ability. The interview and registration deadline is May 15th.

Limited services are available for children with differing abilities entering grades K – 8. Campers will be provided with either a 1:1 or 2:1 counselor who can provide guidance and support to help your child integrate into camp activities. Children must be toilet trained and function at a moderate to high level of ability. Please note: We are not equipped nor staffed to work with children who need a significant amount of support or who have difficulty controlling their behavior. Children who adversely affect other camper’s experience may not be ready for this inclusion camp structure.
