(18-0116) Ordinance closing, abandoning and vacating 1.21 acre tract of public right-of-way,portion out of Moores Independence Acres, Block 2, Lots 2A and 2B, a map of which isrecorded in Volume 27, Page 66, Map Records of Nueces County, Texas and requiring theowner, Annaville Baptist Church of Corpus Christi, Inc., to comply with specified conditions.

2. (18-0014) Motion authorizing City Manager, or designee, to lease-purchase from Cascade CartSolutions, of Grand Rapids, Michigan, 9,440 96-gallon refuse containers and 1,870 96-gallonrecycle containers for a total amount of $593,135.46, with an estimated expenditure of$79,084.72 in FY2017-18. The award is based on the cooperative purchasing agreement withthe Houston-Galveston Area Council of Government (HGAC). The containers will be used inthe City’s automated collection program.

3. (18-0052) Motion authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to execute a five-year serviceagreement with Trillion Aviation, Austin, Texas, in the amount of $600,000, for businessdevelopment services for the Corpus Christi International Airport, in accordance with Requestfor Proposal No. 1245, based on the best value for the City.

4. (18-0117) Ordinance amending the Wastewater Collection System Master Plan for OSOW.R.P. Service Area, Sub Basin SPA 30, an element of the Comprehensive Plan of the City ofCorpus Christi, Texas, by relocating approximately 18 acres of land from Lift Station 13 servicearea as identified in the Wastewater Collection System Master Plan, Oso W.R.P. Service Area,Sub Basin SPA 30, to the Airline Lift Station service area; amending related elements of theComprehensive Plan of the City; providing for severance; and providing for publication.

5. (17-1003) Ordinance authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute all documentsnecessary to accept, amend, and appropriate two grant agreements in the amount of$7,016,014 from the State of Texas Office of the Governor to construct a new water pipeline toNaval Air Station Corpus Christi and construct perimeter fencing and access control gates atthe Corpus Christi Army Depot and appropriate $136,735 in Capital Improvement Bond Fundsand $133,266 in General Revenue Funds as local match for the DEAAG projects.

6. (18-0179) Motion authorizing an eight-month service agreement with Musco Sports Lighting, LLC, ofOskalossa, Iowa, for the purchase and installation of field lights at Ben Garza Park for an amount not toexceed $303,680 via BuyBoard.

7. (18-0194) Resolution to recommend restoration of funding to the Texas Commission onEnvironmental Quality for air quality monitoring and mitigation programs for near non-attainment communities essential to remain in compliance with the National Ambiant AirQuality Standards (NAAQS) for ozone established by the United States EnvironmentalProtection Agency through the Clean Air Act.

8. (18-0205) Resolution authorizing the execution of an Interlocal Agreement with Texas A & MUniversity - Corpus Christi in the amount of $8,450 for a city-wide storm water survey.

9. (18-0214) Motion authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to execute a professionalservices contract with Solka, Nava, Torno, LLC, of Corpus Christi, Texas, in the amount of$97,320 for the Central Library Roof Replacement project for design, bid and constructionPhase services (Bond 2012, Proposition 5).
