• The City of Rye is a thriving historic coastal community of spirited volunteers, excellent schools, and access to natural resources.
Draft Vision
• Our Vision is to preserve and improve our community assets including the small-town feel of the centralized main street, the range of uses along the Long Island Sound shoreline, the beauty of the streets and parks, and the diversity of ages among engaged neighbors in order to ensure that the community remains economically and environmentally resilient and resistant to storms and floods.
