Renovate the "front yard" of the Ruben Ordaz Community Building with new landscaping.
We held two community meetings for this study area, one each in the western and northern parts of the City. The results were brought before the City of Torrance Parks and Recreation Commission for review and additional public input. After the Commission review, the final list of projects was brought before the Torrance City Council for review and approval on February 23, 2016.
