    2013 Priority Development Assistance FundSpecial Provision No. 2 Project Identification

    Identification of projects and/or designation of beneficiaries shallconform to the priority list, standard or design prepared by eachimplementing agency: PROVIDED, That preference shall be given toprojects located in the 4th to 6th class municipalities or indigentsidentified under the NHTS-PR by the DSWD. For this purpose, theimplementing agency shall submit to Congress said priority list,standard or design within 90 days from effectivity of this Act.

    All programs/projects, except for assistance to indigents patientsand scholarships, identified by a member of the House ofRepresentatives outside of his/her legislative district shall have the

    written concurrence of the member of the House of Representativesof the recipient or beneficiary legislative district, endorsed by the

    Speaker of the House of Representatives

    The amount of projects to be identified bylegislators shall be as follows:a. For Congressional District and Party-listRepresentatives: P30M for the soft programsand projects and P40M for the infrastructureProjects

    b. For Senators: P100M for soft projects and

    P100 for hard projects
