Enjoying Your VisitAt the time of your appointment, we advise you to arrive five or ten minutes early. This gives you the opportunity to relax, enjoy a refreshment, read a magazine or just escape the High Street for a moment! This area is also available for those who would like to relax following a massage or any other treatment.

Disabled / Less Abled AccessAlthough our salon is over two floors, we do have a treatment room on the ground floor for clients who find stairs a challenge. The main entrance and doorway to the treatment room is also wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair.

TimingsAs a courtesy to all our clients, we endeavour to operate a prompt appointment schedule. Please bear this in mind as a late arrival may mean a reduced treatment time is available for you.

Our Cancellation PolicyIf we are unable to accommodate your treatment request at time of enquiring please allow us to put your details on our waiting list. We will then contact you should an appropriate appointment become available.Please allow a minimum of 24 hours notice in the event of having to cancel any appointment. This gives us the opportunity to offer the appointment to a client on our waiting list, and helps avoid unnecessary cancellation charges. (Clients who repeatedly fail to inform us of cancellations prior to the appointment will be subject to a 50% charge.)
