Garage Unloading and Loading Rules We would like to give you information regarding the uploading, unloading and organization in the garage of the Congress center during the event FELASA 2019.We are cooperating with company BECKSPEDITION who looks after the organization of the vehicles in the garage. Owing to the limited space in the garage we would like to recommend you sending the shipments in advance, or order the services relating with the uploading and unloading in advance in order to secure smooth operation of installation and disassembly. Please see the contact details below.

Please send the information below to the company BECKSPEDITION. They will use it to prepare a time schedule:

We would like to inform you that movement in the space of uploading and unloading is only allowed with a reflective vest. If you do not have a vest, it is possible to borrow it against a deposit (plus an entrance deposit) by the garage entrance (small vehicle EUR 20, large vehicle EUR 50).

After arrival each participant receives a wristband authorizing them to move around the building; the band can also be collected on the second floor by the exhibitor desk. After unloading it is possible to park in the garage of the Congress center, maximum height is 3.4m. An all-day parking ticket (or a ticket for the entire event) can be purchased at the counter situated at the beginning of the loading route. Larger vehicles must repark, i.e. recommended parking places in the exhibitor manual. Should you have any questions, please contact:

Congress Catering

In order to attract delegates to your exhibit stand we suggest that you serve some food, snacks or beverages. This is not mandatory, but only a suggestion and at each exhibitor´s discretion. To avoid disappointment and lack of inventory please make sure you order your F & B prior to your arrival in Prague.We offer two catering variants; standard and special. Congress App

All badges contain a QR code which includes the participant‘s information: name, surname, email and company. You will be able to read all of these QR codes during the Congress to create your own database through your own device which will be available in the congress application. This special congress application is designed only for exhibitors. You will receive an access to the app before the congress begins.

The track leads along the historical fort in Prague, on a rock above the right bank of the Vltava river on the southern edge of the town. Each runner gets a gift and three fastest runners can look forward for
