Meal Plan Week Three

2 Carbquick Drop Biscuits with 2 slices of fat free melted cheese between biscuits. Eggs in Purgatory – Thrive Care – Spicy and great for fat loss. French Toast – Thrive Care – Use Thrive-approved bread. Scrambled Egg Whites with 1 Slice of veggie cheese or fat free cheese. Add two fat free tur-key wieners. You can fry in Pam or TCO Oil. Weight Control Oatmeal prepared with 1/3 Oh Yeah Bar crumbled on top.

Lunch Options:

Tuscan Tuna Salad with Bran Crispbread – Thrive Care. Lemon Pepper Chicken Bowl – Thrive Care. Crab Salad – ½ Package of imitation crab meat over a bed of lettuce and your favorite salad vegetables. Use a Thrive-approved salad dressing and fat free cheese. TCO Salad oil dress-ing best for fat burning.

Dinner Options:

Travis’ Roasted Dill Salmon with a Category II: Fibrous Carbs Vegetable (Asparagus). Honey Mustard Chicken Fingers – Thrive Care – Do not add anything else to the meal to stay within preferred calorie range. Sausage balls – Thrive Care - You can add Category II:Fibrous Carbs Veggies – 6-9 sausage balls are a meal.

Snack Options:

Meringue crisps – Thrive Care – 7 are one snack. Love chocolate chips? This snack is for you. Graze on them. Low Fat Artichoke Dip – Use Bran Crispbread, broccoli, or cauliflower to dip. Lemon cheesecake – Thrive Care – 2-4 serving = 1 snack.

Popcorn Okra – Use fresh okra for best results – Thrive Care. Egg Drop Soup – Use Miracle Noodles and chop into rice size bits – Thrive Care. Crunchy Tri-Color Slaw – Thrive Care – cooking demo available online.

Fast Food Options:

Applebee’s – Cajun Lime Tilapia, but ask them to hold the rice. Get extra category 2 veggies. Eat from a 6-8” plate. Arby’s – Roasted Chicken Cordon Bleu – Use your own bread and hold the mayo. KFC – Grilled Chicken Salad – No croutons and use your own salad dressing. I blend Bran Crispbread and use them as sprinkles to add extra crunch. Keep

some handy with you.
